After being heavy most of her life, Chrissy Mason decided to make a change. She decided to lead a healthier life and lost 60 pounds. Eight years and four children later she has kept the weight off and wants to help other people who have also decided to make that change in their lives. Chrissy has been teaching group exercise programs for almost eight years and has been personal training for almost five. Her clients range in age from 10 to almost 75 years young. Some of her certifications include Stability Ball Training, Martial Arts Exercise, R.I.P.P.E.D and Advanced Resistance Training.
Derek has a Bachelor’s of Science in Wellness Management and is a Certified Personal Trainer. Derek’s reputation precedes him as being the most desired personal trainer in the area. His individual plans emphasize the importance of resistance training, core activation, injury prevention, and cardiovascular conditioning. These comprehensive programs help prepare our clients for everyday functionality; whether they are an athlete, parent, frequent gym rat, or even a sedentary individual.
Bill has a degree in Secondary Education Math and was a wrestling coach for 17 plus years. Over those years he trained athletes in strength and conditioning and also helped them with diet plans. He competed in powerlifiting for 10 years and in that time placed in the top 3 in the nation every year including 5 National Championships and one year being the best pound for pound lifter for the 114 through 181 pound weight classes. He held a world record that stood for 10 years with a 565lb squat in the 148lb weight class.
Rene holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He spent all four of his college years working in the gym as a personal trainer, helping students attain their fitness goals. Rene developed successful high school training programs for various athletic teams, as well as specialized individual diet plans.
Rosh is a certified Yoga Instructor from The Saraswati River Yoga School. She is certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa yoga as well as Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama and meditation. Rosh is also a certified personal trainer with a background in Biology and science education. Her typical classes consist of Breathing (Pranayama), Hatha / Vinyasa poses and always end with Savasana (Relaxation).
